Deleting your account is easy
Already found a match and now thinking about removing your profile? Sure, you can do this the easy way, but we recommend you don't rush things. When you get closer, you might conclude that your match is not quite suited to you. Or you might just wish to keep searching for your Mr. or Ms. Right. Don’t burn the bridge before it’s time!
If you do choose to delete your profile, please be advised that you will lose all your personal information and contacts on the Freesexmatch.com site. Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to use all your benefits, even if you decide to rejoin the site.
If you make the decision to leave Freesexmatch.com, there is a short guide on how to remove your account:
- Hit your avatar in the upper right corner of any page of the site
- Press the ‘My Settings’ button
- Go to the end of the page and press the ‘Remove Account’ button
- Follow the further instructions.
To confirm that you want to delete your account, you just need to take a few more simple steps:
- Enter your password. If you forgot your password, press the ‘Remind Password’ button
- Now you are provided with a list of options. To remove your profile altogether, pick the ‘Remove my profile, contacts, and personal information completely’ option
- Then you will be asked why you want to remove your profile
- Confirm your decision by choosing the ‘Yes, I want to remove my account’ option
- Then you will receive an email that contains your cancellation code. Log into the site again and press the ‘Remove Account’ button
- Enter your code and hit the ‘Continue’ button
- You will then get a Thank You message. Within this message you then press the ‘Confirm Removal’ button.
Now your profile has been completely deleted. Note, if you want to reactivate your account, just log into the site like you used to. We would love to have you back!
